Chinese real estate company in Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, we have two branch
offices with 40 agents.
In June 2002, we opened our first overseas office in Shanghai, China. Our Beijing
representative Shannon Lin, a Nevada licensee, used to work for our Las Vegas
office has been sent to China to enhance coordinating with the U.S. Headquarters.
Due to the increasing demand for rental property management, we have developed
our own e-service system for out-of state and out-of country landlords, called
Global On-Line Property Management System.
We also developed an unique Virtual Tour Presentation System for the clients in
the U.S. to preview rental properties in China. In addition, a package of assistance
services for newcomers in China is provided with bilingual English/Chinese
speaking associates.
